Media sources said that Qari Ahmadullah, the deputy head of the Taliban in the Ishkemesh district of Takhar province, raped a young girl.
On Saturday, August 26, sources told the Muqavimat (Resistance) News Agency that Qari Ahmadullah abducted a young girl from the Baharak district of Takhar province about a month ago, took her to the Ishkemesh district, and subjected her to repeated rape.
According to sources, when the Taliban governor in Takhar was informed of this, he ordered the arrest of Qari Ahmadullah, but he was again released from prison a week after his arrest.
Sources add that Qari Ahmadullah is now freely moving around the city of Taliqan and has Taliban military equipment at his disposal.
Meanwhile, social media has also posted videos of Qari Qadir, a Taliban commander at a lapis lazuli mine in Badakhshan, exposing his male genitalia.
This video shows Qari Qadir making video calls to a young girl, talking about sexual problems, and showing her his penis several times. In the sequel, Kari also asks the girl to show him her genitals, but this request is not accepted by the girl.
This video was recorded when Qari Qadir was the head of the guard of the lapis lazuli mine in the Karan and Manjan district of Badakhshan province.
Afghanistan International TV, which first published the video, reported that Taliban officials also saw the videos and fired the commander.
This media outlet claims to have access to six separate videos that show a total of eight minutes of sexual conversation between this Taliban official and the girl.
However, a video of a speech by Mavlavi Amanuddin Mansur, the former governor of Badakhshan and the current commander of this group's North-Eastern Army Corps, has also been published on social networks.
In his speech, Mawlavi Amanuddin also mentions Qari Qadir and calls his act shameful.
