The world helps the Taliban, but why doesn't recognize it?

The world tolerates the state terrorism led by the Taliban with the approach of interaction. From the region to the world, everyone is trying to take advantage of the Taliban's card and maintain the suspended situation in Afghanistan. The terrorism that the Taliban is referred to in its new form has emerged with various dimensions of complexity. This terrorism is trying to gain international legitimacy and achieve internal authority through force and coercion with the facilities and tools of a political system. In this sense, he suppresses and kills people as much as he can.
Taliban state terrorism is a term that refers to the use of various and new tools of terrorism by the Taliban, who also use individual terrorism after the shameful deal in Doha. The Taliban Emirate, which was established in order to create terror, by implementing or participating in terrorist operations or supporting military operations to weaken, weaken and weaken the security of the countries in the region, shows the fact that the world and the region, this state terrorism are tolerated due to its practical nature. Each side is trying to exploit information from the Taliban card. Even this terrorist card; Formulated to solve complex global equations and a tool in the service of disturbing the balance in it. But the absolute silence, compromising spirit and lack of contact with the main characteristic of this terrorist regime is deliberate and based on self-interested assessments.
You may ask, why do we call the Taliban emirate state terrorism? Because this Emirate has not only resorted to individual and group terrorist tools inside the country, but has provided material (such as military aid) and spiritual (such as political support) assistance to foreign terrorist groups since it resumed power in August 2012. It has provided for participation in operations such as bombings and assassinations of high state officials, which are examples of state terrorism that this emirate is characterized by.
The Taliban's state terrorism under the title of Emirate of the Taliban has received special attention with the main goals of intimidating and neutralizing the opposition "people who have joined the opposition front". The terrorist activities of the Haqqani network, which holds a high percentage of power, serve to prepare for state terrorist activities, including kidnapping or even killing the target person, which can be considered the hallmark of this terrorist regime. Taliban terrorism under the support of regional countries, the world and intelligence organizations and thanks to the help of these circles, has been able to keep the machine of terror and suffocation active inside the country. Taliban state terrorism has targeted several goals:
First, the target of every terrorist act of this government led by the Taliban is civilians who do not interfere in anti-Taliban politics and activities; But the main sign of it is the widening of the level of violence against the general public, in order to create an atmosphere of suffocation and fear;
Second, the Taliban and their terrorist government, which lacks internal and external legitimacy and is riding on the people's polls by killing and fighting and creating an atmosphere of suffocation, aims to achieve this high level of suffocation and terror in order to have a wide impact on a wide audience. By targeting a group of people, this terrorist government is trying to publicize the shadow of delusion and fear;
Thirdly, the main goal of this state terrorism, with its vast volume and coverage that covers the entire geography of Afghanistan, ultimately leads to political ambition. Taliban terrorism and the terrorist government that is under their control are trying to achieve political goals such as removing any kind of opposition, standing up and rising against this emirate through the narrow atmosphere and pressure.
What is happening in Afghanistan today shows that the killing machine of the Taliban is still active, as it was two decades ago. Organized and structural repression and the use of government tools with unlimited mechanisms have provided this group with a good opportunity. For this reason, the Haqqani network, the Taliban Intelligence Directorate and other allied groups are committing heinous killings. The invention of new tortures by the intelligence directorate of the Taliban shakes the human body. In the most recent case, the Intelligence Directorate of Kabul arrested 80 people from different areas of Kabul on the days of Ashura, who are currently being investigated by the Directorate of Intelligence Investigation, and a large number of them are of Hazara nationality and are under serious interrogation by the intelligence with torture. Also, the terrorist government of this group, by taking on the project of gathering information about ministers, lawyers, generals, judges, and soldiers, etc., and the people of the former government who are hiding in Afghanistan and have the plan to flee the country, is trying to assassinate. They are extensive and organized. Also, those who are looking to leave the country by foreigners are identified and arrested by the intelligence. With this project, the Taliban have a plan to extort money from foreigners. Any person who is invited by any country must pay the host country for the release of the person in question so that the person can be released and go abroad.
This state terrorism is trying to suppress people in various ways. Suppression of people becomes visible and media only in cases where information is leaked. In many cases, the inhuman acts of the Taliban state terrorism try to prevent this information from leaking out and the general public from knowing about it. This is the only internal aspect of this state terrorism. At the foreign level, what makes this terrorist state recognized is the transfer and equipping of foreign terrorist forces, which should facilitate the disruption of the region's security. The Taliban are trying with special encouragement to accept their oppressive and illegitimate rule over our suffering people by creating a hellish apparatus of torture, terror, and suffocation. On the outer level, what is assigned to this group must be done.
The alliance of the Taliban with foreign terrorist groups is the most obvious aspect of this state terrorism. Al-Qaeda uses this method by using the experience of several decades of presence in the conflict fields in order to remain safe from the targeting and reaction of the neighboring countries and the region quickly and with peace of mind. Meanwhile, the supporting role of the Taliban should not be forgotten. Al-Qaeda members, with the support of high-ranking Taliban officials, have infiltrated throughout the country with the aim of ensuring the security of their cores. This penetration is aimed at strengthening the foundations of state terrorism, which targets the entire region, and there is a possibility that its waves will spread throughout the Asian continent, especially South and Central Asia. For this purpose, al-Qaeda with a strategic goal is trying to institutionalize its bases in Afghanistan under the control of the Taliban in order to achieve its trans-Afghan goals. The Taliban also use the advisory assistance of the leaders of the main cores of Al-Qaeda and benefit from their advice, and to further monitor this work, a number of members of the Al-Qaeda network work as key managers in the Taliban administration.
Among the important members of al-Qaeda who are also members of the Taliban group, one can mention the deputy of the Taliban intelligence department, the education director of the Ministry of Defense, the governor of Kapisa and Nooristan in the Taliban administration. These members of Taliban and Al-Qaeda have been in the service of propagating the terrorist ideas of this organization and use their official positions for the benefit of the organizational goals of this group. Therefore, it cannot be denied that al-Qaeda uses Afghanistan as an ideological and logistical center to mobilize and recruit new fighters. That is, the new plan of al-Qaeda in the region is to transform Afghanistan into the command center to promote terrorism, which will pursue strategic plans in the future.
